Building Community Through Creativity and Self-Expression
The City of San Jose Office of Cultural Affairs hosts two events annually to celebrate arts, culture, and creative expression: WeCreate408 and Make Music Day San Jose. Both events inspire people to push their creativity beyond what they think is possible.
