The new website for nut butter connoisseurs Justin’s Brand improved the user experience and increased traffic for justins.com.
Justin’s is in the business of nut butter. Found in just about every grocery store, the brand is popular for its high-quality nut butter and other nutty snacks.
To increase sales, Justin’s brand team needed to redesign its website to be more user-friendly and engaging. The primary goal of the website was to funnel customers to third-party e-commerce sellers and physical retailers to increase sales.
As project manager and content strategist for this project, I managed Justin’s website redesign and helped develop the website’s content strategy. The goal of the website is to highlight the company’s commitment to social responsibility, and brand promise to offer high-quality ingredients with responsibly sourced ingredients.
Responsibilities included:
Facilitated communication between brand, creative, and development teams to ensure project success
Budgeted, organized, and managed risks of a multi-faceted website project from start to finish
Helped implement technical website features including search engine optimization, website cross-linking, product reviews, and structured data
Contributed to the content strategy prioritizing ease of use and UX to increase website traffic, engage visitors, and improve time-on-site
